shipping + returns

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: 

Orders will ship within 4 business days after the order is received. For rush order fulfillment, please contact us.

We offer FREE standard shipping over $75 in the USA. Items usually arrive within 3-5 days from date of shipment (not including order processing time). You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

OUR RETURNS POLICY:

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on items that are not marked 'final sale'. We accept returns of unused merchandise that is in the same condition that you received it, with all packaging intact, within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Final sale items cannot be returned.

If you would like to initiate a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item unless it was due to an error on our end such as an incorrect item sent. You will be responsible for any returns that are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a carrier that offers package tracking, and insurance for higher priced orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return was approved. 
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us to request a replacement.
