shipping
How long will shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, typically within three business days of when your order was placed. Orders are shipped from Honolulu, HI. You can typically expect your package to arrive in 3-6 business days, depending on which state you reside in.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We love our international besties, but currently we only ship within the USA.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping information?
Send us an email at hello@shopavaoliver.com as quickly as you can to correct any order issues. However, if your order has already shipped, there is nothing we can do.
returns
What if I don’t love my order as much as I thought I would?
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on items that are not marked ‘final sale.’ Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all packaging intact, within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return.
If you’d like to start a return, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving the wrong item). We are not liable for returns lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service — and adding insurance for higher-value items, just to be safe.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Send an email to hello@shopavaoliver.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We can help! We will respond to you within 48 hours.
