Thank you for shopping with Ava & Oliver. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 4 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Ava & Oliver is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to Ava & Oliver due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees required to send the package again. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make changes before shipment, we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ava & Oliver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
